By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be booked in advance via WhatsApp at +353 83 365 0976.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €10 is required via bank transfer.

The remaining balance must be paid before the service begins and prior to leaving the salon, either in cash or by bank transfer.

I offer a 7-day guarantee on all nail services. If you experience any issues related to the service within this period, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can assess and resolve the matter.

For health and safety reasons, I cannot perform any nail service if you arrive with signs of infection or nail conditions, including but not limited to:

• Onycholysis
• Warts
• Green nail syndrome
• Any other contagious or untreated nail condition

In such cases, the appointment will need to be postponed until the condition has been properly treated.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the €10 deposit.

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.

I understand that unexpected situations may occur and will always do my best to be accommodating. However, last-minute cancellations affect business operations and may prevent other clients from booking available appointment times.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened, depending on the schedule.

If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you or arrange an alternative appointment time.

As appointments are scheduled consecutively, excessive delays may impact other clients and the quality of service provided. Maintaining high standards requires adequate time for careful preparation, precision, and attention to detail.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

NO COMPANIONS

Due to health and safety regulations and the limited space available in the salon, companions are not permitted during appointments.

Please attend your appointment alone whenever possible and avoid bringing young children.

AGE POLICY

Nail services are not available for clients under 16 years of age.

Clients aged 16 to 18 years must have parental or guardian consent before receiving any treatment.
