Thank you for your interest in participating in our Model Stories+2 campaign with Nail Centric 
Please read the following information carefully before applying.

Health & Safety First

For your safety, please inform us if you have any of the following:

  • Nail fungus or infection
  • Open cuts or wounds on hands or fingers
  • Skin conditions (e.g. eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)
  • Allergies to nail products, gels, acrylics, or related chemicals
  • Diabetes or circulatory conditions
  • Any other medical condition that may affect the service

 By submitting this form, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to your nail technician.

 For hygiene and safety reasons, services may be refused if any of the above conditions are present at your appointment.

About the Service

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services. By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they meet this requirement. The Provider reserves the right to refuse service if there is reasonable doubt regarding the client’s age.

As a selected model, you may receive services such as:

  • Russian manicure
  • BIAB (Builder in a Bottle)
  • Gel polish
  • Hard gel
  • Nail extensions

Please note:

  • Results may vary depending on your natural nails
  • Proper aftercare is essential to maintain results
  • Allergic reactions are rare but possible
  • Nail Centric is not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare or external factors

Salon Hygiene & Policies

Your safety is our priority:

  • All tools are disinfected in accordance with EU hygiene standards
  • Please inform your technician immediately if you experience any discomfort
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a health risk is identified

Important Disclaimer

By applying, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature of the nail services provided
  • You voluntarily agree to participate in the Model Stories+2 campaign

Nail Centric will not be held responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Any pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the service

Photo & Video Consent

As this is a content campaign:

By participating, you agree that:

  • Photos and videos of your nails may be taken
  • Content may be used on social media, websites, and marketing materials

Instagram Participation

To enhance your experience:

  • You may receive a professional photo from your session
  • You are encouraged (but not required) to post it on your Instagram
  • Please tag @nailcentric 

 You are also welcome to recommend up to 2 friends who may be interested in joining the campaign.
 Sharing and referrals are completely optional and not required to receive the service.

Legal

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland.
